Birdfy Smart Bird Feeder with Camera for Bird Feeding and Watching - 1.5 lb Capacity, Blue

I have eight bird feeders in my backyard, but the Birdfy became an instant favorite. It attracts a wide variety of birds, including cardinals, finches, juncos, chickadees, wrens, blue jays, and sparrows, sometimes four or five at a time. The captured videos are clear and fun to watch. I'm looking forward to adding the hummingbird attachment. I charge the battery once a week with an external power bank, but may add the solar panel for convenience. I have the feeder mounted on a tree, where it also attracts an occasional squirrel, so I may have to move it to a pole.

So glad I got this for my girlfriend for Christmas. We both love it so much. The video quality is excellent, and we love watching all of the different types of birds.

I have 3 bird feeder cameras. A Birdfy and two others of a different brand. What the Birdfy has the others don't is night vision, an alarm you can try to use to scare off predators %26 a microphone. It also connects quicker to the live feed than the other brand I use. Construction wise both brands I've had to glue or duct tape down because the mockingbirds kick the perch off. The Birdfy does NOT come with a way to hang it from the top, but does have more options on how to attach it to the rail or post. Picture quality isn't as great as the other brand but it's ok. Possums crawl over it every night, and raccoons try to pull it down %26 so far (nearly a year) haven't been able to, does not require $ subscription to use. I bought a solar panel to charge it %26 it stays charged better than the other brand.

I absolutely love this feeder! Hours of enjoyment watching a variety of birds on a daily basis, all year long!

I bought this for my sister in law that just lost her husband, my brother. I love mine! I would definitely will recommend.

I enjoy my Birdfy unit. Be aware that the unit is expensive. Plus, you have to pay extra for the bird identification feature. Once the unit is in place, the types of birds visiting is consistent. Very rarely does an unusual bird show up. So bird id might not be useful.

Great product but the free AI identification for life as it states on the box and in the manual is not the case. You must subscribe for the AI service which is a ridiculous money grab. The box doesn’t tell you that you bought the Lite version and you don’t find this out until you try to activate the camera in the app. Clear misleading by the company.

I have ordered this bird feeder 3 times (the upgraded version with solar panel and other features) and every single time they send me the most basic version. I have no idea if the feeder actually works because I can’t get them to send me the product I paid for. I have had to return all 3 through FedEx, which is fairly easy, but it is extremely frustrating to receive a lesser product MULTIPLE TIMES.
