Bissell BigGreen Commercial BG10 Deep Cleaning 2 Motor Extractor Machine - New, Professional Grade Vacuum Cleaner

The machine was bought for a mid-sized church. The machine has performed excellent, removing years of packed dirt and stains from the main church sanctuary. Church member have commented on how fresh and renewed the carpet look. I give this machine 5 stars. So far, so great!

Have white carpet, been down 28 years. I weigh 100 lbs & can carry this machine up & down stairs (without water & cleaning solution containers). My carpet doesn't look new after the cleaning but looks very very good. Takes time to do it right but well worth it. Unlike when a professional cleans it, you can do it at a pace that allows you to move furniture & let it dry before replacing furniture. Just sorry I didn't buy it sooner.

I have used this machine only four times, but I am very impressed with its cleaning. The machine is easy to use. It cost a pretty penny but I am happy with my investment. I used bissell cleaning product ( linen) and it had a pleasant smell. The long cord is great.

Product was pre-assembled, operation instructions were clear. Picked up a lot of dirt, as evidenced by the dirty water. When you use it, make sure it's picking up on the vacuum cycles (as evidenced by seeing water come up into the tank). If it's not, make sure the tanks are installed securely. The vacuum strokes do an excellent job of picking the water up but do be sure to keeping going over the carpet until not much water is getting pulled out. I'm glad i bought this model! I wanted a heavy-duty machine and this certainly is. I got the BG10 because it's the commercial model - have to buy the hose attachment separately, which i haven't done yet. Since the machine worked well, i do plan to buy the hose attachment. The residential model comes with the hose and attachments but i'm glad i went for the commercial (BG10) model.

Its easy to use and cleans great.

It cleaned ok, some stains resurfaced after drying. It is heavy for a woman to use because it is not self propelled. Also it doesn't come with any attachments, so if you want to clean stairs.... More $$$.

I am satisfies with the cleaner. However, when ordering this it shows that it comes with upholstery cleaning attachments. After returning one and receiving the replacement - still no attachments. I gave up and order the attachments direct from Bissell. BE AWARE that attachments will not come with this unit

l expected better redults from this machine l am not pleased at all For commercial it only clean spots and not the entire carpet l am very disappointed
