MY OLD SHAMPOER WENT POOF ON ME AND WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET HAVE MY DINNING ROOM DONE. SO I ORDER THIS FOR MY OLD ONE WAS A BISSELL PRO HEAT TOO AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH ITS PERFORMANCE. SO ONCE I GOT THIS I WENT TO FINISH THE DINNING ROOM AND BOY WAS I SHOCKED I REDID THE AREAS I HAD ALREADY DID AND WOW I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH MORE DIRT THIS NEW ONE GOT OUT. I HAVE 20 CATS AND I AM ALWAYS CLEANING SO THIS WILL BE GETTING A GOOD WORK OUT BUT AM VERY HAPPY TO KNOW IT WILL DO THE JOB. I LOVE THE SPOT CLEANER IT ALLOWS ME TO DO EXTRA CLEANING IN CERTAIN AREAS WISH IS GOING TO BE SO HELPFUL. IF YOU HAVE PETS YOU NEED THIS YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

we have 2 dogs and kids thay spill all the time. Highly recommend this cleaner. its easy to use and easy to clean it. Has great power and sucks up and deep cleans. We have used it a bunch of times.

My Yorkiepoo was extremely ill. She had it coming out of both ends... my poor baby. Parts of my carpet looked like a crime scene. Eventhough it says dont use pre-treatmemt we did. We ised the Resolve extra strength, let it sit for 10 min, used a scrub brush to agitate the soiled areas and then slowly cleaned the carpets. First pass over i used solution, the second pass over i used hit water only. My carpets look brand new. Its unbelievable. We saved 1500.00... that was the quite from the carpet cleaners to do pre treat, spot removal, disinfect and deodorizer. I purchasing another one as a back up. Extremely easy to use. Just take your time.

I absolutely love my new bissell. I have a senior dog and it makes clean up so much better with this. Also cleans up high traffic areas well. Really good purchase.

I bought this to clean my rugs and my couches..very light weight easy to fill and dump did amazing with the stains and pulling out all the dirt. I was amazed at how easy it was to put together and to work.

Very impressed with this unit. I did not expect it to clean as well as it did. One thing, with a long haired dog, is that the water extraction will sometimes clog with dog hair. Good news is, it is easily removed with how the unit comes apart and you are back to the races.

I purchased this product because my old one finally died. I love the new design where the water tank and soap are all in one and separate from the dirty water tank. I also love that you can easily remove the front plate of the machine to remove pet hair to prevent clogging. I read other reviews that complained of leaking, but I did not have that problem as long as the tank is situated properly. I have 2 complaints; when you use the attachment to clean upholstery the brushes keep rolling on the carpet. I would like to see that the brushes don't move when the attachment is in play. The second complaint is it did not come with the attachment to clean the stairs. We tore the box apart and it was not to be found. One more thing, I love the flat gray plastic tool that was included to remove hair from the brush and cover plate.

I was looking for a new carpet cleaner (mine had seen better days) that wouldn't leave my large area rugs soaking wet and drying for hours. Enter this guy….WOW! I did 2 rugs and both of them were nearly dry once I finished. I didn't even have it set on the express setting. I do have 1 fan blowing, but my old carpet cleaner would leave the rug soaking wet for hours with multiple fans blowing on it. The amount of yuck that came out of my rugs was disgusting, but also satisfying. With 2 big dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids, they take a beating. I am so impressed with this thing. My only complaint (which is why I only gave 4 stars) is that the dirty water tank is very small and I had to keep emptying it. This is just a slight annoyance for how awesome this thing is! If you have kids and pets, get this, you won't regret it! I also want to note that I only used vinegar and hot water and it did a fabulous job!

It heats up when using, this the second one I bought, couldn't return the first one so I bought another one cause it does work when it's working but going to take this one back to getting to hot on one side or machine

I used this maybe 3 times before it quit working. First the roller brushes stopped spinning. The belt is intact and doesn't appear to be the issue. I also had the cleaner water stopped spraying and has very little that comes out. That being said I make sure to cleanse my machine after each use I run regular water through after each use. For the amount of money this was i definitely feel ripped off. I have had the same problem with the smaller version however it wasn't until it had been heavily used so at least I felt I got my moneys worth. Overall I'm extremely disappointed with this machine period. I do not recommend wasting your money on any of these cleaners.
