BLACK+DECKER 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker with Easy On/Off Switch and Sneak-A-Cup Feature

Just received it but no reason to not think it will last. So far so good. Makes a decent cup of coffee quickly. Item itself is smaller than the Mr. Coffee I just replaced, so it opens up a lilttle bit more counter space. Works fine, was delivered well , so no complaints.

I have owned percolators all of my life and avoided these automatic drip makers. This machine has proved me wrong and I couldn't be happier. It makes great coffee and I use less. I only have to use three heaping tablespoons for 6 cups instead of 6 and the coffee is stronger and more flavorful. Super happy and highly recommend.

I have owned just about all the different makes of coffee makers during my lifetime, from the very expensive to the cheapest I could find, and I have to say while this one is very cheap to buy it works like a workhorse and delivers each and every cup of brew to be delicious. It has no extra perk type things, simple button for on and off, but it does have that new type sprayer of the water on the inside. I use fine coffees, and this really helps keep the flavor of the coffee intact. It sits on the counter and looks just fine, initially one would never guess by the appearance of this coffee pot that it is so cheap to buy. A total win in my estimation, and when it gives out, I intend to go back and just buy another one.

I had forgotten about the design when I seen the price of the coffeemaker. What I don't care for is when you lift the lid to toss away the coffee after it has brewed, all the left over water from the top of the machine, drips back down into the water area and sits there. If you do not make coffee everyday, it could mold or not, I am not sure. What I do know is... I use a papertowel to do my best to catch the water from the lid so , It doesn't sit all night in my machine waiting to be mixed with fresh water to make our coffee. Now, other than that small flaw in design, Its just like any other basic coffeemaker. I cant tell you how your coffee will taste or come out in the morning, that depends on you, the coffee person who makes the stuff for all to drink in the morning. Weak or strong, its always good to the last drop. Enjoy

I like the size of this coffee maker. The glass pot doesn't drip, which is a plus. Simple to operate. Makes good coffee and good priced. I dislike that the burner shuts down after 2 hours, but the maker does not. I never know how hot my coffee is going to be around the 2 hour mark without setting a timer.

The coffee pot is self is OK. The craft glass is so thin that it broke the second day I had it and I'm trying to find a replacement at Walmart and they do not have the right size so I do not. I would never recommend this coffee pot stick with Mr. coffee.

The price for this coffee maker is great, but we found it impossible to brew 10 cups of coffee. The force of the water hitting the grounds made them blow up inside the coffee maker. We ended up making 8 cups of coffee and the grounds rose to the very top of the basket. We think because the water flows so quickly it does not make coffee to our satisfaction.

Bought in December and today is April 3 and it just stopped working. Light comes on, but thats all it does. Very disapointed in a Black %26 Decker product.

The shower head is too close to the water container making it difficult to pour water in the container. There is no automatic shutoff, and the condensation from the steam does not dry out. The unit stays wet. I threw this unit away and purchased a better one.

I'm sure the coffee maker itself is fine? I got mine and it leaks every time I make a pot of coffee from the moment I received it! Such an inconvenience..
