Very powerful and easy to use.
very strong handheld vacuum cleaner
Still works as well as the old ones!! Good quality
The suction is not the best. I didn't buy the cheapest, I went one up. I guess maybe I should have bought the cheapest. It seemed as if the dust cup was a bit smaller also. I bought one little over year ago, someone helped their self to it so had to buy another. Things are getting smaller on everything.
not as good as before ………
The battery life is horrible on this model.
It seems B%26D is missing features that previous versions had. It is a pain to have to mount the vacuum in its wall holder and then plug in the charging plug that usually on the floor
Well I got the product I ordered in a nice beautiful Walmart box I opened it up and it was a used product in the box that somebody already returned. It was dusty also full of animal and human hair along with no charger and pieces missing. Needless to say I'm not too happy right now.
Bought this for quick small cleanups of dirt, crumbs etc. but I was disappointed in the suction of it. The first time I used it I thought it was okay but I only quickly used it on a few pieces of crumbs. Second time I tried using it throughout the living room for a longer period and noticed it didn't pick up dirt too well. The third time I had to let it fully charge to use it again and thought it would be much better but it was still not picking up much for any dirt at all. I had to keep going over the same spot several times and there was still some crumbs it just wouldn't pick up at all. I decided it was best to return this and look for something much better and hopefully will have better suction and better results.
have had this for a month after owning the almost exact same one for a year or so before the battery failed. Of course it's not replaceable and as such was a throw away. This one has a miniscule filter that plugs solid after as little as 45 minutes of vacuuming. This was after vacuuming fine particles from a pellet stove, which is one of the main reasons this was purchased. The crevice tool that extends from the main body is extremely hard to extend on this particular model. this was not the case in a very similar model with the same design so perhaps not true of all examples of this model. Small pebbles get caught between the main body and the crevice tool and it jams up . Don't know how long the battery would last as you get tired of cleaning the filter prior to the battery actualy becoming totally discharged. After 40 years of Black and Decker hand held vacums this one will be the last.
