Best Black %26 Decker product I've ever bought. It exceeds all claims. I bought one years ago and then two more - first floor, basement/shop, %26 garage(to vacuum cars). All still work like new. and are used almost daily (sometimes 3-4 times). The filters are washable and durable - I've never had to throw one away. I bought spares to use while others dry after being washed.

This has the best power I have ever tried in a cordless handheld. It really is only one notch down from a Dyson. The wide nozzle picks up a lot more and the two "attachments" are truly attached so they can't get lost. The extending nozzle locks into place so when you apply a little pressure it doesn't collapse. I looked at several review sites and they all said this was the best value for the price. I am completely happy with this product.

I was replacing one that had fallen and broke. The first replaced a dysan hand held as they are heavy and awkward. The power of these is terrific. The pivot allows you to get into places you can’t get to in your car or other cramped areas. The folding design makes it easier to charge and store. There are tools like a brush and small narrow corner attachment that slide out from the end so you always have them. This is the most useful machine I’ve owned over the years. The basket is easy to empty and holds a fair amount of waste. Worth every Penney!

.This is a handy little vac. I bought based on recommendation of America’s Test Kitchen. However they did say that for the best power don’t let it sit on the charger (overcharge). That’s just crazy they should have better design that stops it before it completely charges! Good thing I didn’t just chuck the owner’s manual because it’s not entirely intuitive to operate but is very easy to clean. I had been looking at a stick vac but I think this will do those jobs as well.

I love this product but it is hard to place the dust buster into the battery holder....I would prefer a cord to just plug in wall and a plug to go into the vac.....I was use to my old one that lasted over 10 years....Good product ....would recommend it....

Suction action is strong for such a small vacuum. I used it to pick up lint and it accumulated too fast in the entry section at the flapper causing lost of suction. Filter not good for dust. Every time I clean it I find particles after the filter at the motor section. Recommendation to clean entire unit on a use by use basis (i.e. canister, filter, flapper). Thanks.

Too loud. It works great, as mentioned in all the reviews, but of all the hand-held vacs we have had in our lives, this is the noisiest. Wear earplugs.

The unit looked excellent upon opening, however it did not take a charge. It arrived (positive note: shipping was fast!!!) with an empty battery and would not charge up when plugged in and set on the base. The blue charging indicator light also failed to illuminate. The unit never operated due to a lack of power. I returned it at my local Walmart for a refund (negative note: your refund will not be issued until the product is then shipped and received by the supplier, which could take two weeks. Bummer!!!)

Device would not charge on its charger. Had to send it back, but Walmart agreed and the process was good. I will order another and see if this one works.

This item did not work from the 1st time I tried to charge the battery. I’m positive this vacuum cleaner sat in a Walmart warehouse for years before it was shipped to me today…and guess what the battery died in the interim. Someone needs to verify the date of manufacture before shipping something from the Whse or rotate the stock to assure this doesn’t happen to some one else. Now I have to return it to Walmart or contact Black and Decker for a warranty claim.
