It actually is a great machine especially for the price!!!!! Not to say you should spend more. There are so many options and choices out there. I am extremely satisfied with this product. It slices and chops all kinds of veggies wonderfully. I love the fact that everything is easy to wash, I used toothpicks to get particles of food out of some tight crevices. I was able to put whole bell peppers in the mouth and it sliced them perfectly. I love the 10 cup because when you make anything liquid you immediately go down 50% in capacity, that is with any food processor. Others complained about noise, the suction feet and some little design irritations but I had no problems with any of those things. It is much better than I thought after reading some other reviews. Nothing is perfect or ever will be but it sure works great for me. Put your finger under each suction foot to release from counter instead of just trying to yank the whole thing up. I really think this machine has met and exceeded my expectations. Hope this is helpful. I would recommend this a million times.

A very unique and durable product for moms to have and use in the kitchen. It has a lot of standard features that make preparing food much quicker and easier. It can be used to do almost anything like: chopping vegetables, grinding preserved fruits, mixing dough, juicing fresh fruits, etc. I definitely think that this product along with its brand name is a very good product value for your money and will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

purchased this item as a replacement for the same model purchased several years ago. while slicing cabbage, the slicing wheel had become separated from it's hub, rendering it useless. Black & Decker refused to replace the part and the replacement part would have cost more than the purchase of this item new, which Wal Mart had on rollback for like $25.

I could only get the top to lock into the bowl once. To make it work, I had to hold it in the locked position because it would not lock into place. I had my husband try to get it in but he couldn't do it either. So it was returned.

I purchased this unit to chop up apples to feed into a cider press, no go. After I finally got the interlocks figured out and it started I was aghast to find it wouldn't feed. The apples on the bottom 1" or so chopped, stuck to the sides of the bowl and the rest would not drop down. I then pulled them out and tried again with same results. Note: I had halfed and quarted the apples to start with! Finally I switched to the grating blade and fed the apple quarters thru the feed shoot using the pusher. This did work but was slow, time consuming and seeds etc. were thrown back out of the shoot when feeding. I have a old "Little Oscar" that worked great but the bowl is way to small. Needles to say I'm disappointed. Tom

I bought this because I needed a larger capacity food processor and I liked that it had two blades to chop, grate and slice. We just used it this past week and found that the pulse does not work, and there is no difference between the low and high settings. Additionally, the lid needs to be taken off constantly so that the food can be processed evenly. Both high and low settings puree the food, no matter how few seconds it is used. I waited a week to get this and now with the holidays coming up, I can't be without one, but it will be returned.

Plugged in first time and never turned on. Plug is bad or motor not good. Returning for refund

Broke after the second time I used it. I loved it at first but the parts are too cheap and the centerpiece snapped making it unable to use. I tried repeatedly to find a replacement part. Even contacted that brand directly. Impossible. So it was thrown out
