Sad to say, this is a miss, bordering on dangerous
Great size, weight, and does what it's supposed to. The problem is the two screws that attach the handle don't tighten to the point it keeps the handle from spinning in your hand. a number of times I've moved the press and it swung in my hand almost burning me or getting grease somewhere it shouldn't or knocking something over. If only the handle stay tight, holding the press in place.
