Paid a little more for the X pattern design that strengthens the hood from inside and for the cosmetic x design with fancy rivets on hood. Only cooked with it three times and it works well. Love the fact that cooking surface is pre seasoned that saves a lot of time.

This is not only really easy to cook on - This Griddle is really nice to look at. I mean its a really good buy. My kids use this masterpiece every night for dinner. This is truly worth the investment and this was a gift so imagine how impressed I am with the purchase. Win-Win

Easy to assemble, however disappointed that the metal where it says Blackstone was all scratched up right out of the package. I’ve grilled on this several times and no disappointments there. It’s easy to use and the built in wind deflectors really work; o live in a windy neighborhood.

The griddle may be good, but the shipping was a nightmare. I've never seen a package delivered that looked like it had been in soccer match with Clydesdale horses. It had several large gashes in the box and someone tried to tape it together. I opened the box top and discovered interior packages had already been opened and saw one of the legs damaged. I taped it back up and initiated a return through Walmart (although it was shipped from Max warehouse). Absolutely unbelievable anyone would ship a "new" griddle in such a disaster of a box. And obviously a return - not new - no idea if all the parts are there. Inexcusable shipment from Max warehouse.

This blackstone came broken in multiple ways. The ignited doesn't work and one of the knobs was broken. Not major things, but also a big bummer. The bigger problem is this product isn't sold from Walmart directly, it is from a third party that is very bad to work with. They told me I could return it to Walmart, but once I got the blackstone all the way inside I found they'd cancelled my QR code without telling me and now wanted me to pay to ship this huge grill back to them even though there were faulty parts on delivery. I still own this piece of junk. But it from someone else.

Order did not arrive. It was delivered to wrong address which was clearly shown in delivery confirmation. Walmart was no help, third party seller was no help, ups said to contact seller. My bank said to contact ups to file a claim. So I’m out $400 with no helpful customer services and no product.

LOVE the black stone. I was very disappointed with the delivery process from Walmart. My order got mixed up with someone else’s. Took weeks to get here. Overall horrible delivery experience

Grill did not arrive on arrival date. Tracking kept saying it was shipped with no other info. i contacted seller, they have not shipped it as of yet. I canceled order and also contacted Walmart to make sure it was canceled. My money was refunded and I purchased one elsewhere. A week later, UPS shows up with a box that was beaten up and looked horrible damaged. The seller not stopped order. it showed up and I refused delivery since I was already refunded my money. I would have refused delivery anyway as the box was heavily damaged and I am sure the grill was damaged. UPS driver said he would return it to the vendor. I contacted Walmart again to let them know about this seller. Not a good partnership or customer relations with this vendor. The grill I purchased elsewhere is exactly like thus one, minus any damage, The grill is awesome, This vendor/seller, is not.
