Blackstone 3-Burner 28" XL Griddle with Hood in Black

The griddle performs well and is made of quality materials. The cooking service is large and well designed. The grease cup is well thought out, I do wish there was a way to secure it to the frame as it tends to come off when you remove the fabric cover. The standard 28” Griddle with Hood Cover fits well. This model does not come with wind guards, and I think you will need them as the shelves tend to get hot. Unfortunately none are specifically designed for the 28XL but the normal 28” after market ones are adequate. After about 3 uses I noticed a little paint chipping off the hood but everything else looks like it will last a lifetime.

An excellent griddle , great size works well so good. I bought two of them for a second location. Highly recommend.

The perfect size I was looking for. The only thing I can complain about is, it didn't include assembly instructions and I had to rely on internet.

Arrived on time and in great condition. Had an issue with the lid handle which Blackstone took care of immediately and replaced the handle. Easy set up!

This is the perfect size for us and it works/cooks/ great. Moved up from a 22 in to a 28 in 3 burner. Wanted a 3 burner and have been waiting for a 3 burner and got it on Christmas sale. Easy to put together. So very pleased.

It's a Christmas gift so I really can't give you a fair review. Don't know how easy it will be to put together or use. Fingers crossed that it isn't defective and has to be replaced. Sorry.

The rating has nothing to do with the Blackstone griddle. I have attempted twice to get in touch with Walmart to discuss the "bait and switch" tactic they (or their supplier) used on my order. I ordered from their website a Blackstone Model 2080 3 burner griddle. It finally came in just before Christmas in a box that been obviously been handled roughly by Federal Express. It also was a Blackstone Model 2403 3 burner stove which provides only 28,500 btu's of heat. The Model 2080 (per Walmart's website) provides 48,000 btu's. Blackstone confirmed this information to me and also informed me that the 2080 was now discontinued (no reason given). I chose the 2080 because of the performance and did not want the 2403 specifically because its lack of this performance. No word from Walmart after several days of waiting. The website still does not reflect the model change. The griddle was a gift (of course)!

Griddle seems great, it's this TOP RATED SELLER who gets a 0 or a 1 rating. I ordered the first one, delivered damaged box and bent leg, returned it, ordered another one, get it fully assembled and last step is put the lid on, the corner of the lid is all bent! Don't buy this Blackstone 28" XL Omnivore griddle from Walmart, stay away and buy somewhere else.

Ordered a 3 burner blackstone. Received a 2 burner blackstone. I don't want to do any transactions with a seller that can't count! Had to postpone cookout…. Such a shame.
