Love this griddle! Such nice quality and very easy to assemble. The only issue we had was the hood arrived dented in several places and the box it was in was badly damaged. The good news is the Blackstone customer service is excellent and they are sending us a replacement hood. I think this must be a common occurrence, because we need to wait a couple of months to receive it since it's on back order. We are just using the dented hood until we receive the new one. The griddle top is nice, heavy cast iron, so it heats really evenly! So fun to cook outside vs, making a mess inside!
Great quality griddle being the pro series. Price is extremely great as well. Some of the other parts of the griddle are not built as well as they could be.
Great Grill met all of our expectations was a little taller than we expected for table height but otherwise works really well and is a great size to cook breakfast for everyone!
Super easy to set up and use. Awesome value. Plenty of space for everything you wanna cook. Seems to cook evenly and efficiently. Very happy with it! A minor annoyance is that when you're lighting the burners, it's hard to confirm they're actually lit--you have to feel for heat, or stoop to squint under the griddle to check for a flame that's not so easy to see. Also, our first unit got pretty beat up in shipping and we needed to return it. Second was in fine shape.
The grill arrived with a few rust spots already on the flat top, which was disappointing for a brand-new item. Other than that, the grill looks solid and well-built. I haven't had the chance to use it yet, so I can't comment on performance, but I'll update once I do.
Good product. No supports for mounting/setting the unit. Up to you to figure that out. Also, the measurements given for cutout space were not right for my remodel install.
The shipping experience with Walmart was terrible. I had to update my address in the cart 3 times and the order still went to the wrong address. Been in touch with Walmart customer service and they are blaming the seller despite the issue originating with Walmart's platform. Will not be ordering anything else from Walmart for delivery. Terrible experience.
Bought this to install in an outdoor kitchen. In person it is pretty ugly and it arrived damaged. Blackstone did not have the parts available to fix it so it was returned. Bought the Professional Series flattop from Sam's Club for around the same price. It looks much nicer, has more burners, and the knobs light up when turned on. After the experience I had dealing with Blackstone customer service, I will not purchase any of their products again.
The shipping box arrived and appeared fine. It was when we unpackaged it that we discovered the problems. If it weren't for the dents, it would look awfully nice. And it might even work. However, because of the dents, the griddle doesn't sit in the stand, and the lid won't even open.
The product arrived damaged so we were never able to use it and had to return it. The box it arrived in was completely beat up and falling apart in places.
