Blue Diamond XL Electric Cermaic Non Stick Griddle with Warming Tray, Graphite

I typically use a griddle for cooking pancakes and this griddle was really great. The heat was fairly uniform and the surface was truly non-stick. I was originally concerned about the lack of actual temperature settings but feel I'll be able to adjust to the “Low, Medium, High” delineations.

This product has far exceeded my expectations. When I saw almost all the few reviews were bought and paid for, I was suspicious. I decided to give it a try because of have a grilling pan from this brand that I have been happy with. For those wondering, the wattage, it is 1500 watts. Pretty typical but I don't know why the specifications didn't say. The size is just right, the warming try is a great perk because my family and I can eat at the same time without the food going cold. The grease tray can hold the fat from approximately 1 lb of bacon. The texture on the griddle and the coating effectively keeps the food from sticking while using grape seed oil. It warms up fast. I do not use metal utensils and I don't wash it in the dishwasher. That seems unwise. All around excellent!

I bought this for my Sister and Brother-in-Law, they already own some other Blue Diamond products that they absolutely love. My sister entertains a bunch, now she says she can make several things at once on her new Blue Diamond griddle!

Heats up quick. Cleans super easily. Cooks very well, even heating.

Haven't opened it yet but it looks amazing!

I love it only thing that would be even better is if it came with a lid and some silicone wear.

Like the look and size of the unit. Disliked the fact that the griddle did not heat evenly. Bacon cooked on the end and the middle was uncooked. Pancakes were dark colored where the heating elements were and light colored where they weren't

Box arrived in perfect condition, all packaging intact. When I picked the box up i could hear something sliding around inside and when I opend the box the corner of the handle and housing were broken and the pieces were sliding around. I will add pictures. It was either a broken return that was shipped out to us or broken at the factory.

this does not cook food evenly and the drain cup is to small and over flows when cooking anything like, burgers %26 bacon

One day just quit heating. Plugged it in and it stayed cold. Very disappointed.
