It's a little more sweet than some other brands I've tried and has just the right amount of little kick at the end of a bite. It's a thick sauce which I appreciate because I find it sticks to whatever I'm pairing with it well. This time, I used the sauce to dip fried shrimp and it was a perfect combo.

You can taste the lemongrass and the coconut which honestly gives it the flavor. Very fresh. The value was pretty good for the size of the container. No saltiness. I feel like this could be used for versatility.
