Absolutely amazing product. The only problem I have is that I lost the cord. Now I have to try to order a new one.

I love it only. I don't know if it's a defect or they all do this but once it starts cooking the lid pops open and I have to set something on top of it to keep it closed. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that once it's done cooking, I haven't read that far but it does it throughout the cooking time.

The cooker keeps opening while still cooking, it's a safety issue that the company needs to address, Walmart will not allow me to upload a video, I wish I could upload a video for people to understand what's going on, just pictures are allowed by Walmart.

I bought this rice cooker in November and I have used it maybe 10 times since then and the lid flys open during cooking. The rice also burns on the edges and gets soggy in the middle. Not worth the money
