Mother's Day gift was a success! She absolutely loved it and is now actually using the McCormick mixing bowl to add the water bc the carafe gets to heavy to lift and pour. You can find those bowls at the dollar tree they usually come in white or red!

This was my 2nd purchase of this coffee pot since May, 2025 and I will not be be replacing this one with a 3rd. First carafe shattered after setting it down in the sink, (apparently too hard)? Returned it and ordered a new one. Last week, took the carafe out of the machine to go and wash it and it was shattered almost identically in the same spot. Clearly there is a design flaw as I've seen other reviews about the carafe breaking. 2 THINGS TO NOTE: Their customer service SUCKS! They don't sell replacement carafes!

I really like the color of it, and I have all beautiful kitchen appliances. This coffeemaker spills when you pour it. It is horrible. My friend has another model of coffeemaker by this brand and it leaks as well. For the price paid, it shouldn't leak. I'm actually getting rid of mine and purchasing a Keurig. Total waste of money.

The pour spout on it sucks every time I pour water into it. I run water all over everything. All over my counters everywhere so every morning at 4 o'clock in the morning not only am I setting my coffee with cleaning up a mess because for whatever reason no matter how slow or how fast do you pour it water goes everywhere. please do better on your creating maybe put a more elongated spout on your pot

It's pretty but that's about all I can say. The brew/o off button are on the same button so when you want to brew you turn it off. It takes forever to brew. It's slow, it leaks. Mine is 11 months old and I ordered a new Bunn today. Very hard to program without getting out the manual.

After 3 months of using it daily, it just broke while making coffee. What a mess to clean up broken carafe. Worse is that customer service basically said they cannot do anything about it. I cannot return it as it is out of the return/exchange window but still within the manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately, customer service is not of help at all. I do not recommend this product to anyone due to this issue. Do not be deceived by it looks. Another product that will go to the dumpsite. I do not have any photo to show how broken it was due to i went to work after cleaning the mess.

This is cute and why I bought it. However, the carafe doesn't not pour the coffee out very well. It spills out and drips down the carafe. The display to brew coffee is not simple. It's actually a little complicated and I find that annoying. I brew Folgers coffee and it does taste good.

Programming and looks are great, but EVERY SINGLE time we pour coffee out of the carafe, it spills all over the counter, regardless of how fast/slow we pour.
