Nice product, my first day using it. Nice clean scent and very concentrated. I used a couple extra squirts of product in the water because i wanted to make sure product was in solution and sitting back now in room after cleaning carpet and I notice a very clean scent i the room and it does lift out dirt pretty good. I am gonna order another gallon as I like to have good product on hand. Works well for me and I am sure you will like it as well.

my carpet was WAY overdue on a shampoo...just got too busy during spring %26 summer and then had broken a few ribs so shampooing was completely out of the question. Well the holiday season is upon us and i simply could not put up a Christmas tree on my dirty carpet. Some of the stains were so horrible I was afraid they could not be removed. Anyway i went on walmart web site to buy cleaner and planned on buying bissel or hoover, its what i usually buy , and then i ran across this cleaner. I had never heard of it before but it said industrial strength. This, I thought, is what i need because my carpet was so soiled, but before i purchased i looked it up on the internet. It promised to deliver good results. Afterall, it was used for cleaning carpets in businesses hotels and alike and we all know the traffic they endure. The price was very reasonable compared to what i usually pay so i thought what do i have to loose here? Today i did my carpet and they came out astonishingly clean! Every stain came out without effort. Most of the time with the other stuff i have to go over the area again %26 again but not this one! It also has a clean fresh scent. I could'nt believe it! My carpet looks amazing once again, in fact, it did a much better job than my old cleaner. Im hooked! I will definately buy this cleaner again %26 will recommend to my friends. I'm so glad I took a chance and purchased this cleaner.

THE INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH CARPET EXTRACTOR WORKS FAIRLY WELL, AND IF THESE CARPETS HAD EVER BEEN CLEANED BEFORE I BOUGHT THE HOUSE, I THINK THEY WOULD HAVE COME OUT MUCH BETTER. HOWEVER, THE CARPETS ARE A LIGHT COLOR AND HORRIBLILY FILTY WITH YEARS OF DEEP-DOWN STAINS. CERTAINLY NOT MY CHOICE OF CARPET COLOR, ESPECIALLY WITH THE OKLAHOMA RED DIRT! I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, AND AS LONG AS STAINS AREN'T YEARS OLD YOU'LL PROBABLY BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. WITH THIS IN MIND, I'VE TRIED SEVERAL DIFFERENT CARPET CLEANING PRODUCTS IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS THAT DID NOTHING. AT LEAST WITH EACH SHAMPOO USING THIS PRODUCT (A TOTAL OF 6 TIMES SO FAR) THE CARPETS ARE FINALLY LOOKING A LITTLE BETTER. I PRETREAT THE WORST AREAS BEFORE EACH ATTEMPT, AND MAYBE AFTER ANOTHER DOZEN SHAMPOOS USING THIS EXTRACTOR THEY MIGHT BE OKAY. I DIDN'T NOTICE MUCH OF A SCENT DURING OR AFTER SHAMPOOING, WHICH IS OKAY WITH ME.

Just doesn't clean as deep and the smell is not really that nice.

carpets are crunchy stiff after use cant smell much of anything slightly better than water but thats it to me not worth the expense won't be buying this again
