I love anything Bob's Red Mill. These lentils are the bomb! They don't get mushy have a great texture and mesh well with a lot. I use them for a shepherd's pie and lentil Italian soup and a Swedish meatball recipe I have. They're delish. Even my hubby who's not a fan of these lentils loves them and finds them filling.
