Best grits ever!!
I am a Cream of Wheat fan and never liked grits until now. If you like grits you will love Red Mill grits. I love Red Mill grits cause it taste so good and its gluten free! I love eating grits for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I have grits with my eggs, bacon, and toast or grits with shrimp scampi. So so so yummy! Must try! Enjoy!

Best for Polenta
Absolutely the best for Polenta. Yes, you can make Polenta by using cornmeal . . . but I prefer the nice texture I get from these coarse-ground corn grits. I cook them up with chicken broth, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. When they're cooked nearly all the way, they get a good glug of heavy cream and a nice nob of butter. And sometimes a handful of shredded Parmesan cheese. So good, and a great player in my usual rotation of starches (potatoes, rice, pasta, grits, Polenta).

Great gluten free breakfast meal
Arrived quickly and at a good price. I am eating it right now for breakfast! It is not that easy to find. As a celiac, I need gluten free and Bob's Millmas lots to offer.

Kiss these grits
I prefer the yellow over white corn. Something about Red Mill makes it cook up better and this one is quick. The texture was great. Have it with diced roasted green chili peppers and cheese topped with a fried egg.

Walmart is in the SCAMMING BUISNESS NOW
It is a scam. They sell you a 4 pack of 24oz packages for $28 and send you one package. NO REFUND OR RETURN !!!
