Good gluten free breakfast
Great gluten free alternative to oatmeal. I usually make this and add some yogurt to it or cinnamon and syrup and it's a great breakfast. Sometimes I don't cook it the full 10 minutes and the texture comes out just fine

Great morning favorite hot cereal
Quick cooking (microwave), tasty, creamy hot cereal enjoyed by itself or when added to another hot cereal. It's a nutritious family breakfast favorite!

Delicious buckwheat. Great texture. I just spoil it 15 to 20 minutes and I have nutritious cereal.

Favorite
This cereal is my favorite from Bob's Red Mill. It cooks easily in the microwave, and the result is a creamy, hot cereal. I add nuts and dried fruit.

Tastes great
This is easy to make and tastes great. I am sensitive to oatmeal so this is a nice alternative that is easier to digest and tastes just like oatmeal.
