Bob's Red Mill, Organic Buckwheat Flour, 22 oz

I prefer Bob's Red Mill Organic Buckwheat Flour over all others and I have tried many. I would recommend this product for those who bake with organic flours on every level and I like the fact that this company is owned by the employees and they make the very best products in my opinion.

I ordered from Walmart and the shipping provider was Swanson Health Products. My 2 bags of Buckwheat arrived quickly and were packaged well. I just add a little water to the Buckwheat for pancake consistency, but before frying the pancakes, I sprinkle some organic gluten-free whole grain rolled oats in the pan with a bit of olive oil and butter and roast the oats, then add the Buckwheat batter with a little salt and cinnamon. Top with whipped butter to serve and these are delicious, high fiber, and very filling.

Very good alternative for healthy baking! I've made pancakes using this and almond milk etc. I dip my pancakes in honey for a healthy version for my own dietary needs. Delivered for free with no hassles.

We made buckwheat pancakes which were very good. I couldn't tell the difference from regular pancakes and buckwheat flour is supposed to be a far healthier flour.

One of the bags was busted flour all over inside of the box
