Bonide Go Away! Rabbit, Dog, & Cat Repellent Granules, Ready-to-Use, 3lbs

Dogs and cats seem to love to use my lawn as their favorite spot to take care of their business. I starting buying this 8 years ago, hoping it would keep them away. I'm still buying it and it still works. It sometimes takes spreading it in an area more than once for the little critters to get the message, but it always stops them! The fact that It doesn't harm my lawn makes it even better.

it keeps the dogs out but the cats dont seem to mind. i still keep putting it around hoping the cats will get the hint to stay away

The substance is so fine that it gets in you eyes and throat. The directions do not suggest to wear a mask! A heavier "granule" would spread easier and not form a fog!

I can't comment on the product because I didn't use it. Several people recommended I try something else to deter the cats from making a litter box of the property, sitting on windowsills and porch, going under the car and chewing on things, and scratching and jumping on the cars. The cats leave their property and come to ours.

I applied the entire container as instructed in a perimeter ring around my garden beds and still the groundhogs young kits were literally sitting in the raised beds chomping on my young peas. I am not sure this is working so well. Back to square one.

The product was delivered on time, however, the canister was inside a Walmart box. The canister was completely open, and the powder spilled out inside the box and was seeping through the sides of the box. This is a chemical to deter cats and dogs from being in an area, so I cannot imagine it's that safe for people to breathe and handle. Since the powder is now loose inside the Walmart box, I'm not sure I even really want to touch it.

Did not work. 1st day: cats notice product then jump over it onto car, step, chair, etc... I watched one of the neighbor's cats jump over the product onto a wood clothesline post then climb to the top where he waits for birds in my yard. The product on the post didn't bother him either. 2nd day: cats continue with activity as usual. Still in yard killing birds, under buildings, under and on cars, on steps and everywhere else. Two weeks later: So much for humane. On my way to buy a BIG HUNGRY DOG!!!!

Completely ineffective. I sprinkled a generous amount of the product on a very small spot on my lawn to prevent my dog from digging. Literally less than 30 seconds later, she was happily sniffing and digging up the specific area that I treated. At over $20, this was an expensive experiment.

Bought this because my neighbors dogs keep going to the bathroom in my yard. I sprinkled it and I could barely breathe, but it didn't stop the dogs. They were back over here within a few hours. I returned this item.

Doesn't work - made me laugh honestly in a good way - used an entire container and watched our dog and neighbor dog Trimble through the area multiple days and times - deer ate rose buds the first night - and we have neighbor kitties still using the garden for litter box. If you want to have a “is someone cooking some off Italian food” smell waft around for a week - then this is your stuff.
