My phone was turned off and I think I was being tricked by a scammer. They said my service was interrupted and if I want to extend paying the bill for my phone service they would extend it for 4 days for 10.00. Now, what prepaid phone company is going to offer you something like that. They wanted my bank information to pay the bill or the 10.00 for the extension. I said this sounds like a scam. So I said let me go to the walmart site and purchase me a pop top card and apply it to my phone that way. It would be safer. Keep an eye out for scammers.
This is the easiest way of renewing your boost mobile plan. To load, you don't have to go to a site and type in a16 digit code and wait for it to transfer forever. you don't have to even download the boost app. you literally can just type in your number and it goes directly into your boost account and you'll get a text moments later telling you that you have successfully loaded money to your account. it is such an easy and simple process. it is not clunky or confusing. There's no, "sorry you've entered the wrong code" or " your code isn't active" it just takes like than 2 minutes to fully find your account. and honestly in my opinion it's cheaper than any other place that sells phone cards that you have to pay a10 dollar activation fee for our something. so it's. i fully recommend this 8
First time ever having to do the prepay digital card and I was impressed with the speed of it and also most of all the convenience.
Got worried for a second thinking it wasn't going to work, but it got uploaded on my account in about 5 minutes, which was surprisingly super easy.
I had no issues with this card. Easy to put minutes on my phone.
easy to use, applied itself pretty much. well worth the purchase.
Boost has such a great customer support line, and in my opinion, it can make or brake my decision to stick with a company service or product
straight first ray no fuss and no tax! love it!!
After purchasing this card, I was charged $16 extra to not be able to use it. Also I purchased it on 10/05/2025 and it is now 20 days later while prompting me that it has a 10 day temporary hold on it after 10 days, which should have been the 15th of October!
The E-PIN Top Up doesn't add the funds to your account. Called the %23233 number and told them the pin number. Waited 3 hours, nothing happened. Contacted customer support via text chat, they couldn't fix the issue either. Said there was an internal issue of some sort. Will update this review if the issue ever gets fixed.
