I ordered a cell phone and very happy also with Boost. They have good products and Walmart carries them. The price was right. CZA

As I previously mentioned, I just use my device for calling, and texting; nothing more. And I am totally satisfied how this fone accomplishes my needs: nothing more, nothing less, And, IT WORKS !

The design is very unique and modern. I have a Boost mobile phone plan and I was very lucky to find this product at such short notice. It works really well and I have no problems with it. Sound is clear. It is very simple to use. I like the color. The display is very durable. It charges really fast. I would recommend this phone to a friend.

For a flip phone it does what it supposed to. Easy to charge and battery life is excellent. It does have a few issues. It tends to lose its Wi-Fi connection at times and has to be rebooted. Icons tend to be small and cannot be changed.

This phone was a piece of junk. I only had it a few months %26 the hinge at the top broke, so opening the phone was virtually impossible. Very, very unhappy with this phone; they should take it off the market.

I did feel like this was false advertisement. Perhaps taking the photo off that days 12 months of free service with purchase? I purchased this phone and upon setting it up was asked to purchase a plan. Customer service is being very helpful, but this is not correctly advertised.

They said it comes with a free year of service and I've called over 10 times because it's no longer an active promotion with boost mobile. Leaving Walmart 100% responsible for this false advertisement

Beware - Description states "pre-paid" ... NOT TRUE. IF you buy this phone - you are REQUIRED to buy a ADDTIONAL monthly plan ; (starting at $ 30 a month) for a required 12 month contract.

terrible customer service I wanted to cancel my account with Boost and they asked for my driver's license I don't get my driver's license to anyone terrible customer service

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! We were on the phone with boost for over 5 hours in a day and a half. One of the reps messed up and because of their mistake we had to pay another almost $15 to make a new account, just to find out that there was another way around it and we shouldn't have paid the extra. The SIM card wouldn't work. Just a complete waste of time and money.
