The product is an affordable device, and it should not be expected to be top quality due to pricing; however, the item appeared to be a quality product until after opening the flip phone more than two times during usage, that's when it became flimsy and loose feeling while operating.
Having a lot of issues with this phone. Very difficult to put contacts in. Sometimes you can and sometimes you can't. Unable to receive voice msgs. Says I need a pin. Won't let me pick out a pin %23. I added this phone to my already existing family acct with Boost. I believe this phone is mainly to be used with the minute cards only. I will have to return it.
I did feel like this was false advertisement. Perhaps taking the photo off that days 12 months of free service with purchase? I purchased this phone and upon setting it up was asked to purchase a plan. Customer service is being very helpful, but this is not correctly advertised.
They said it comes with a free year of service and I've called over 10 times because it's no longer an active promotion with boost mobile. Leaving Walmart 100% responsible for this false advertisement
False advertisement it says 12 months of service on them and its not. Its just a scamm to get people to spend money. DO NOT BUY!
The item was a fake listing, one that lied about it being an android device. I was looking for cheap tablets on the website and then the phone showed up with android OS, so I grabbed it. The device isn't android, it's not even a smart device. It's a basic flip phone from *********. Worst of all, I wont be able to get shipping refudned.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! We were on the phone with boost for over 5 hours in a day and a half. One of the reps messed up and because of their mistake we had to pay another almost $15 to make a new account, just to find out that there was another way around it and we shouldn't have paid the extra. The SIM card wouldn't work. Just a complete waste of time and money.
I ordered two phones this was one,the other was some crickets. both phones were locked and never got unlocked! boost, cricket and Walmart pointed the finger at the other parties. trip to the store and the phone guy wouldn't be there till the next day. But there is a Ray of sunshine they refunded both phones and told me to keep em.
So, cellphone will not start or run if you dont update services, so connect it to wifi. Cellphone will stop working after a month. Guarantee only cover 12-14 days. Unless you just want a burner phone. discard the idea of getting this phone. It's the closest thing to trash, worse quality than a play phone. Although the design looks beautiful, it tears apart easily.
Well I searched for a unlocked flip phone and it was the only one showing up for the search and I only got the flip phone for making calls only and my government paid SIM card said it was a locked device and I did exactly what it showed to get the phone activated scanned the QR code only to need my card to verify my location and it gets My card information and I ended up in some kind of security app ebooks and movie app and I never had any reason to be trapped by whomever was tricking people just to get info i wouldn't just give out like that tomorrow I'll be checking out My account for my card and of course I have a New phone and no service so people be aware of trickery when you buy anything that requires a QR code scan, I've run into problems with some security cameras that also need to scan QR codes and they will be in control of it and every video once you used their could service even after I turned off the camera i noticed that they were still watching My every move I've had one that said couldn't connect so I touched it down the hallway and left it two weeks before I got it and it had been busy watching my feet each other time I walked past so I learned how they have been doing it so it wants to scan a code just shove it back in the box and through it out i don't recommend using it and seems like that phone has similar things going on If I have to buy a phone to be able to make calls and I now have to try calling them and to get something done why did I need a new phone if I have a working phone crazy
