Boswellia Extract - 240 x 500 mg capsules - Joint Health Support

I started taking doublewood boswellia extract about a year and a half ago and it relieves my joint pain in a big way. I actually didn't equate this until I ran out of the supplement for about 2 weeks and I found out right away that it was doing the trick because my joint pain returned during that time! I recently started taking this product because I heard it is good for your joints. I have arthritis and frequently have pain after being active for any length of time. I understand that it will take long to feel the impact of Boswellia. What I Really do not like is the business model that sends a product not requested by the client. Makes me sick.

i take boswellia twice a day. one in morning and one at night. i have oa of cbd salvesboth knees. i can not tell any difference.

This did not help or do anything it was a waste of money
