I absolutely love Solaray products. I was looking for Boswalla on the Wal-Mart app and I found it. I like how I feel when I take Boswalla. I Know I am getting to the root of the problem in a safe and defective way.
Works well for knee and joint pain, I've been taking this supplement for a while and it works great.
I use it to help with muscle or joint pain. I keep some in my purse instead of ibuprofen . I gave one to my friend who was having ankle pain from an old fracture. By the time we finished lunch, she could tell a big difference and went to the local health food store to purchase her own bottle.
Previously, she took the bosvellia of another manufacturer. I decided to try Solaray. The result is the same. I will drink until it ends, I will drink at the rate of 2 months, then a break for six months. We like the dead joints, a successful purchase .
I'm new to Boswellia, but my homeopathic doctor highly recommended this supplement along with tumeric curcumin for auto-immune arthritis. I'm on my second month now, and I'm noticing a little less pain in my spine; still present but a little more tolerable. I think I'll notice less and less pain with each month!
I suffer from inflammation throughout my body. This gives much pain in my hip joint. After many trials with other products I thought I would try Boswellia. Early days yet, but this does seem to make a difference. Will preserver; better than using drugs to relieve the pain.-Ken
Great quality supplement. There are great benefits for reducing inflammation. I take 3 tablets per day with a high fat meal for better absorption. The ingredients are great; it contains 65% of boswellic acids, which is more than other brands contain. I highly recommend this supplement.
Pros: Standardized Extract: Solaray's Boswellia uses a standardized extract, which means it contains a guaranteed level of boswellic acids, the active components thought to be responsible for the health benefits. This ensures consistency between capsules. Dosage: At 450mg per capsule, Solaray's Boswellia offers a typical dosage used in studies for joint health and inflammation. Reputation: Solaray is a well-established brand known for its quality control and following good manufacturing practices. Vegetarian: The capsules are vegetarian-friendly. Cons to Consider: Limited Studies: While Boswellia shows promise for joint health and inflammation, more research is needed to confirm its effectiveness for all conditions. Potential Side Effects: Boswellia may cause some side effects like stomach upset or diarrhea, especially at high doses. It's important to be aware of these and consult your doctor before taking it, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions or take medications. Not a Magic Bullet: Boswellia should be seen as a potential supplement alongside a healthy lifestyle for managing joint health or inflammation. Overall, Solaray's Boswellia is a reasonable choice for those looking for a standardized Boswellia supplement from a reputable brand. However, it's important to speak with your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you have any underlying health conditions.
I take Boswellia 1-2 times per day depending on my level of aches, pain and inflammation so I chose this Solaray product because of it's value for money. This Solaray product works as expected to decrease my experience of pain and discomfort from muscle strain, over exertion, tendonitis, arthritis. I usually take it after dinner which reduces aches and pains in bed, but sometimes I take it in the morning too with my turmeric and ginger if I've over-strained myself. It means I take less pain killers overall which is a good thing, and I get a better night's sleep.
Boswellia is known to have antiinflammory benefits. As I suffer from a chronic autoimmune illness, my immune system is compomised and I am very prone to get inflammations. Thus, I'm adding this Boswellia supplement to help eradicate/ reduce the chances of me having unnecessary inflammation. Hope this helps!
