Try Boswella Serrata for pain
I have terrible back problems. This product works better that many other products. I take one and can actually walk with without pain. I would say give it a try.

I didn't dislike anything about the product. I love it I discovered it years ago it's very good for your joints. Make my knees feel 100% better also found out it's good for the tummy if you suffer from any flatulence or discomfort.

We got a stronger supplement because my husband was complaining of body aches after playing golf. Since he started taking the Boswellia extract he does not complain of pain anymore.

I cannot honestly rate some supplements
IDK because supplements are often taken together--I take several at once! And change them out when I don't feel I need one or some of them anymore. BTW I like Piping Rock in general,both for price and perceived outcomes.
