Directions state to take 2 BioMatrix Support Minerals Supplement capsules, but I only take one once a day. I do think they are helping my overall well-being. I can't take a multivitamin because they make me sick. I can take the BioMatrix Support Minerals Supplement even on an empty stomach and never bothers me. This review is not from just one bottle; I think I am on bottle %232 or maybe %233. 120 capsules at one per day, do the math: I've been taken them for a while. A lot of the ingredients/minerals I do not get enough of from the food I eat.

I was searching for a way to ensure that my osteopenia doesn't progress to osteoporosis, I already take calcium w/D3. I was also having a problem with leg cramps at night, which more magnesium can help. I did not want to take multiple products, so the Bio-Matrix Support Minerals seemed like a good option to try. Only been taking it for a little over a week but the leg cramps are less, and I feel like I have a bit more energy. All in all good at this point.
