My mother liked this brand
One of my mother's favorite vitamin and mineral brand was Now so I order from them. I personally don't have an issue with the capsule size, the size a normal but substantial size. I hope it's increasing my life expectancy, I'll try to update this if it helps me make it to 90!

Preferred Brand of Citrus Bioflavonoids
This is my preferred brand for Citrus Bioflavonoids after trying a number of different brands. These are capsules of powder rather than the more common hard tablets. I buy these for heart health.

I have been taking this for the dark red spots that appear on older people, when barely hitting something. Since taking this, I have had no spots and believe me, I used to have them all over both arms.
