I am a truck driver and this was a great investment. I can now make my hot tea without having to go into the truck stop to get hot water.

This is a nice, basic kettle with only the needed functions for boiling water. I've used it for several months without any problem. The base has a cord but the kettle, per se, does not, which makes for easy maneuverability. It's lightweight, easy to wipe clean, boils water very quickly & automatically shuts off. A real space-saver in my wee kitchen, yet more than adequate in its' 5-6 cup capacity. It's also GPA free.

Works great and just what I needed

its great my only complaint is that it doesnt sit completely on the base untill you put water in it when its empty it sits askew from the base dont know if its just mine or the nature of the beast dont know if anybody else has the same problem.

Firs you should realize, this is not a full size water boiler. I works just fine and for what we need it for, it's fine. I should have read the description a bit closer to realize, it's small.

It only worked 2 times & then acted like the power switch was bad, no power to tea pot. Should have sent it back, but didn't feel it was worth the effort.
