I've been using this in place of ginkgo bilboa for memory health. This is my second bottle, after using the first bottle for the entire 3 months as directed. I think it works well;I have noticed a difference, and have recommended it to a friend. I suggest you use it for the entire 3 months. After 3 months you'll know if this is a product that works for you.

Worked for my system
I've always been absent-minded, but at 72 I notice that the recovery time between "what the heck did I come here for" and remembering was getting longer. Combining the Bacopa with Lion's Mane mushroom has reset the lapse recovery time to my usual absent-minded time. Will this work for everyone? Supplements are highly personal on a physical level, but it certainly has worked for me.
