Definitely will help you gain weight ! I prefer to workout while taking it but it definitely helps you!! I started out 125 I'm not 155 within 4 months I'm on my second bottle now !

4 stars, cause i cannot update reviews.
The first day was okay, i took only half (1 pill). The second day, i was more interested in cleaning but i mixed in my last two from my last bottle (Nature whatever at Walmart). The 3rd day was pretty similar but more focused on cleaning. Today will be day 4 soon, and if i get cleaning done tonight, I'll be half finished 😆 I'm not sure what to say about the extracts, it seems less effective. However, for people who are ipen minded, you can get energy from this stuff and it doesn't feel negative like caffeine or kratom. I do understand it causes another effect, so i don't suggest popping two and then going to Walmart...you got about 70 minutes before it kicks in, and about 90 minutes to stay out of public until you settle down. After that, it's quite energizing and helpful with completing tasks!
