My joints are always sore
My joints are always sore and I take this for mobility. 1 in the a.m., 1 in the p.m. Hopefully, as time goes by, I look to have better mobility as I play golf, tennis, other sports, yard work, house work, etc. At 72 & certainly not ready to stop being very active!

Great Product
Remember tart cherry is high in melatonin. I take mine at night. When I first started taking tart cherry, I took it in the morning and I wondered why I started yawning at 10:00 a.m. It does help me sleep better besides being a good antioxidant.

Sleeping better
All the benefits of tart cherry juice 🍒 in a simple capsule. So happy I have given it a try. Major benefit I'm enjoying is reduced Inflammation which is why I'm sleeping better. 😴

For a sound sleep
Every menber of my family and I have been taking this capsules for a few years. We are feeling good over all. My sister-in-law also has.She says she can get a good sleep thanks to this. Before taking this, she had suffured from a bad sleep.

Arthritic hands
I think the tart cherry extract is making a difference in my sore, arthritic hands! They are generally more flexible and less ‘achy'. Makes playing the piano more fun!
