After looking at other vendors, I felt their price was competitive and their delivery speed was excellent.

have been using Brother brand for about a decade and have not been disappointed. This printer was easy to setup and print quality is really good. Overall a good value for the money you spend and toners are easily available.

arrived on time,good for the price,overall good quality,was pretty easy set up. prints well..have yet to scan or fax so can not comment on that feature..

been buying Brother printers for years and they never disappoint. i like how the wireless feature doesn't have to be reconnected all the time like other printers

simple and fast printing

There is no clear display of the function or current job. I cannot even abort the job without displaying the current status of the printer.

This is supposed to be a Wi-Fi printer, but it won't stay connected to my computer or network. Every time I go to use it it's off-line. I click troubleshooting and they want me to register for the 10,000 time. They also want me to install a bunch of their crappy software just to run a stupid printer
