Buffalo Blizzard Supreme Green/Black Rectangle Winter Swimming Pool Cover, 18' x 40'

My order did not include all my items. I called and had to provide numerous photos of the box and what did ship. A few times. The person I spoke to was very helpful. But at first, it seemed that she did not believe me. In the end, they shipped what was missing to me.

Grommet was out upon receiving it. Because we had everything ready to close the pool we had to use it. Probably won’t make it through the first winter

high quality pool cover at reasonable price. I order a cover for 18' round and it was truly 22' round as advertised and the cable had an extra 12”. Most competitors sell pool covers that are closer to 20' and don't come down far enough on the side of pool.

I haven't opened or put the pool cover on yet, as we have had a some warm days left for swimming. The ordering process was simple and the shipping was quick, so no complaints at this time.

Grommets missing on cover (3) Not enough wire to get enough wound housing Need few more inches of cover hanging down to entirely cover top of posts

Nice cover. Seems strong enough to last the winter. Would be great to get 2 years out of it! Price was in line with others.

A+++ customer service. They were diligent in locating a package that was not delivered by FedEx. Great company to deal with. I will order from them again. Thank you!

The pool cover hasnt been on 1 month, and it has a rip in the seam.

Our winter cover had a hole in it so I had ordered a new one and received it within a timely matter to replace the one with a hole in it. Real easy to order

Looks fine and shipped very quickly.
