Best Flavor and Price
I have tried several brands of Cheddar Cheese Powder - This one is as good or better than the others and is the most economical - it works well for cheese sauces and for sprinkling over salads and other foods and snacks - even for mixing into casseroles. I'm not sure about shelf life as I use 3 - 4 of these a year so they don't have a chance to get stale

Sweet Cheesey Sauce
I can say that this product has many uses other than just for a base or mac %26 cheese. Easy to use and mix. Nice consistency. Makes a great cheesy sauce for homemade biscuits - instead of just a gravy.

Some love it, some don't.
It's very tasty. Tastier than regular dried cheese. But it's made tangier through some additives that you may or may not tolerate well. Some people in the house love it. Others don't.

Loaded with toxins.
I forgot I have to look at the ingredients now days. didn't even open it before realizing it was jam packed with chemicals, preservatives, and food dyes. Terrible product. I wish I didn't have to worry about this.
