Surprise. Surprise. Very surprised at the taste of WHOLE MILK powdered milk. I love it. Great for baking, for coffee, for drinking straight. Great to have available in pantry. For powdered milk, this product is the best I have ever used. I will continue to buy it and keep it in stock. As a replacement or substitute for bottled milk, it is wonderfully creamy and tasty, with a light golden color. You can pour yourself a glass and drink it without any aftertaste or watery texture that is typical of powdered milk. The nice part is that you can make only the amount you need at the time so there is no chance of spoiling it like with regular bottled milk. Overall, this will save me money on my groceries. Seems great to me. You get a pretty good amount, for the price. It's very convenient compared to buying fresh milk, which spoils fast, or canned milk, which is more expensive in larger quantities.

I was actually amazed at the taste of the whole milk powder when added to It is very good. If you don't want to have so much fat in it and you would prefer 2% just add more water and thin it to your liking.

Great powdered milk use it often as I only use milk for recipes and this is a great product and price great also

The taste is the best I have found so far. I used distilled water and the water has to be heated or it won't mix.

The only thing I dislike about this is that it does not mix well and clumps in Cold water. I either have to use a blender or use hot water to get it to mix. Other than that, I think it tastes great. :)

Product has only 2 grams of protein I will not purchase it again

This product is handy to have around for cooking because it keeps well. It does not mix well and has the taste of mildly chalky water. Because 1 pound of powder makes only 5 cups of milk it is not at all economical. I would not recommend it over more traditional non fat dry milk, even for cooking.
