CLA does really well for me for suppressing appetite. since it is a common ingredient in other weight loss products, this a better value for me.

I have been using this brand for years.
I've been using this brand for years. It really does seem to reduce craving for food. I thought highly of it. However, this latest batch has a very strong chemical smell and I thought this is made out of pure natural oil. I am unsure now.
