Just started taking this product. This is the non-flush niacin. I am using this product to see if it can provide support for insomnia. It is too early to know if there is any benefit but will continue to use and assess. Be mindful of dose levels if you take any supplements. Great supplement for gut health, and with recommended microdosing, the 250g will last 4 years! I add 1/32 tsp to a liter of water and sip thru the day.

Works for lowering cholesterol and/or as an antihistamine. Many years ago, I used niacin to lower my cholesterol. Now I use it as an antihistamine. One gram dissolved under my tongue and the histamine flushes out of my system.

very versatile--I use it to make toothpaste, supplementing, facial cleansers, masks, and moisturizers. Easy to use. tastes terrible, but it's pure vitamin--it's not supposed to taste good. value is the best you can get.

Great supplement at a great price

Amazing quality. The only issue is the ziplock of the bag. On all of the products offered by this company the powder gets trapped in the groove(track) of the ziplock. The retards the ability to press the seal closed. This causes the product leak out all over the place. It's SUPER MESSY. Again, the quality of the the powder is great but the bag is terrible. I literally throw the bag away and use a glass container with silicone gasket seal to store it.

Good amount for the price. Taste is rough. No measurement or spoon makes it annoying to use. Mixes very well.
