I like Bulk Supplements for their clean supplements and good prices. I use extra B2 alongside my regular B supplement to support kidney function. I like to use B2 in capsules because it is easiest for me to take this way.

I am supposed to take 1000 mg each day for migraine prevention. These make me alternate 2 or 3 per day. unfortunately, it doesn't seem that anyone is making 500mg right now.

These capsules are terrible!! My doctor recommended that I try taking Magnesium and Riboflavin supplements to try to help my migraines. At first I had been unable to find just the Riboflavin, so I was taking a B-Complex supplement instead, as it has it in it. I finally found it, but will be switching back to the B-Complex once this is gone. It worked better and was definitely not as bitter! This has a yellow powder that gets all over your hands and clothes if you fill a medicine container, or handle it for any other reason.
