Easy to open/capsules and sprinkle into morning oats, add a pinch of magnesium to activate the thiamine, and instant power breakfast. No B6 multivitamin woes.

You might need more
The product would be fine if you do not need need B -1 for reason medically I need it for . I need to take more then required dosage on the bottle and hope it helps me .Other wise if you do not need it for medical reasons it might help you .
