Pleased. Fits under my kitchen cabinets and can fill without pulling out the unit. Makes coffee quickly and keeps at good serving temp. Love having three pots for when I serve bigger gatherings or one pot regular, one decaf and just hot water for tea or cocoa. I just have to remember to have a pot under the drip opening before pouring in water or oops !

We're a start up company with 31 employees, growing quickly but watching our costs. We kept running out of coffee as soon as a pot was made so we went with the Bunn. Simple to use, makes a pot of coffee super fast and then keeps it warm. Only problem is getting people to clean up after themselves but that's got nothing to do with the coffee maker.

We serve a lot of fresh brewed hot coffee at our Church Cafe' so we bought this machine to replace a much older coffee maker we had. This coffee maker makes great tasting coffee! The only drawback is this model does not have an indicator light to signal it's “ready to brew”. We just simply listen for the water to heat up and keep on brewing:) I'm definitely a loyal BUNN customer! I have a non commercial -at home version too ☺️

I purchased this model to avoid using a 40 cup coffee maker at our church. The coffee is now served fresh and we are able to make a more reasonable amount on demand. No more dumping out unused coffee!

This Bunn Pourover Coffee Brewer upholds the legendary quality that we have all come to know and love as Bunn users. I have many Bunn products in use at my business and have always insisted on only using Bunn equipment for all of my tea and coffee beverage needs. I have more expensive automatic Bunn machines permanently installed, but wanted this one as a portable brewer for conventions and conferences held away. It allows me to brew anywhere and pour into airpots. It serves the purpose beautifully and truly upholds the Bunn commitment to quality, speed, simplicity, and durability. I would highly recommend this product and give it a FULL five stars in all areas,

Great coffee fast. The only down side was that it didn't come with coffee pots. They had to be ordered in addition to the maker.

Our ladies group bought this for use at church for social functions. It has been used only 3 times so far but we have been very happy with it. One of our members had used this particular machine previously and said it was a great purchase. We are hoping it gives us many years of great service.

Bought this for our Church. Very nice I gave it 4 stars because it does not come with the coffee pots shown in the picture, you have to buy coffee pots separately.

We were all excited to get our new coffee pot in the mail. We were a little disappointed though to find that it did not come with any pots! Oh well - live and learn.
