I’ve only taken for a couple of days but it has done wonders for my bloating. My label is different than the one pictured. The Supplement Facts on my bottle that I picked up from my local store states that 2 gummies is 165 mg serving of Magnesium Citrate. There is nothing indicated about taking 4 except in the Suggested Use for Adults instructions. It states: Take 2 gummies once a day, or up to 2 gummies twice a day for maximum stress response benefits.
My magnesium tablets were getting too hard for me to swallow safely, so I tried these. I love them! I'll eat four of them, as recommended, in front of the TV before going to bed because they help me sleep. They taste delicious and don't contain too much sugar, which is a concern for me. I'm using these from now on for my magnesium supplement. Just remember to brush your teeth afterwards; they are gummies, after all.
The flavor is okay just very mild and faint as others mentioned. It's got some sort of sugar texture topping on the gum drops %26 I don't see a major difference in taking them. I did however buy some bioptimizer tart cherry magnesium powder to drink at night at a local health food store / you can find it online - it has worked wonders for me. ( my OBGYN recommended these calm gummies to help with my pregnancy insomnia)
it would have been nice if i got the product i ordered! received 1 calm relaxing drink mix instead of the the 2 calm gummies
It's a lot smaller than I thought but that's my bad for not paying attention. I went from a 260 gummy jar from Sams to a 60 gummy jar. The one problem I have is that they are pretty much tasteless. I had the Strawberry ones which are now hard to find. These Raspberry-Lemon ones do not have much flavor at all. I prefer the strawberry. Glad that I got a small jar now because I will be hunting for the Strawberry ones. They work GREAT! By the way. I was taking two at night to help me sleep and had a very good nights sleep with them!
I would not order this flavor again. It tastes exactly like the smell of fabric softener. It also is coated in sugar. The texture is better than their strawberry ones, though. Functionally, I do think they work well as a gentle laxative. I wouldn't ever buy this flavor again. I'll have to see if I can find their original strawberry ones when I'm out.
1 serving (4 gummies) has 3 grams of sugar and 28 calories the first and second ingredient being water and organic cane sugar providing only 79% of your daily recommended value of magnesium
Whoever is supplying these to Walmart - or - wherever Walmart is storing these caused these to take on the taste of detergent of some sort. I have been buying the product for years , they are lemon raspberry, these most definitely are not! I am supposed to get a credit for the item so far I have not received it.
Gummies seem to work better than capsules for me because they are, in essence pre-digested. And I used the CALM powder products until I noticed the humidity where I live pretty much takes the punch out of them. But THIS PRODUCT is really disappointing to me. it contains INULIN, and TAPIOICA, not pectin. Do some homework. This one may not be the best for you!
Powdered Calm is excellent but these gummies are a big disappointment as they taste horrible. We have ordered them twice, thinking, perhaps it was a one off bad batch but no, the second bottle was just as horrible tasting as the first one. It tastes like there's soap in the ingredients. They have a very chemical taste. We do not recommend these but the powdered Calm is wonderful and really works.
