This is an awesome product. It will wrap around your arm wrap around the back of your neck your shoulder anywhere you need to put this it will work in so many different places that I regular heating pad will not work plus this has massage. I am so excited with this it has helped me more times and I love it. Great product.

I have been searching for something like this. I have terrible thumb and wrist pain and have tried many devices that don't work. This one does. It is long enough to wrap around my thumb and wrist and the heat and massage really help. I would recommend this to anyone who has this kind of pain.

amazing if you are responsive to vibration therapy. great for me, did nothing for my husband. knee pain is significantly better after use.

This is a great product. You can put it anywhere on your body. This is my second one. My first lasted for years and would probably still work. But I had to get it out of my new rescue dog's mouth. Immediately after that it started acting up and then stopped altogether. Imagine that? What I really like about it is you cannot get burned by it. It doesn't have a timer but the settings only last a certain amount of time and power off. And then you have to reset. Coming from someone who burnt their back with a heating pad. This is a very important feature. You can pay extra for a neck massage one. But why? This product will go anywhere. I realize it is not rechargeable. But the cord is so long It is simply not needed. I had a neck one. And this size is so much better. The neck one I remember almost choked me when I fell asleep with it on.

This was a little disappointing when i received it. its veey small not a ggod item for a big person!! it works ok but i cant use it on my back unless i sit very still . not exactly how it was ahown online.

I was looking for a heating pad for my knee ,But could also be used on the entire body . I bought this specifically cause it wrapped around your leg and had velcro to hold it in place . I don't really think the message is strong enough to really make any difference, But the heat is very helpful for me and depending on how I wrap my knee and the thickness of my pants, it can get pretty hot ! I would really like it if it came in a wider size for lower backs and calves!( just a suggestion)... Over-all I'm glad I decided to buy this heating pad !

I was expecting better quality for the price I paid for these. I bought two of them for Christmas presents but I tried one out before I gifted it. I was disappointed because they're not cheap. I mean there are a lot more expensive ones but still to spend over $20 each and it really does not do as advertised. I do not recommend this product and I hope the manufacturer improves the devices in the future

The size and shape of the wrap and the soft fabric are good. The heat output is good. But the massage/vibration is almost non-existent even on the highest setting. I'll keep it anyway, because it's a handy shape for a heating pad for my ankle or knee. But I'll buy a separate massager.

I found it very hard to wrap. The massage feature is so soft you can barely feel it and the heat is pretty much nonexistent. I was so disappointed in this. I thought I had finally found something that worked. I read the reviews and bought it anyway. Turns out the reviews are right. I wouldn't recommend it to a family member and I don't recommend it to you.

This was completely unnecessary item.
