This smoker is bye far the Best smoker I've ever had, easy to assemble, easy to use, I would recommend this smoker to any one looking for a great smoker. The Ribs I made turned out to be by far the best Rib I have ever had. I'm looking forward to do Prim rib, turkey, Chickenm and brisket.
I have used the Camp Chef brand pellets for a few months now, and can honestly say that they do burn great in the pellet grill. Very little "waste" is left in the cleanout pot after use! The flavors that are available in the Camp Chef pellet line, have added a nice complimentary flavor of smoke, to any type of proteins we've cooked in the grill! We constantly receive multiple compliments, from all of people that are being served the finished meals...FANTASTIC!!!
Camp Chef Charwood Cherry pellets are a unique blend between the wood and charcoal, there is a distinct charcoal taste along with the cherry. A good alternative to just the regular wood pellets. We started with the "other" brand but have found Camp Chef pellets to be of a good quality and value.
Great choice in flavor. Can't wait to try many others!
Great my friend has really enjoyed BBQ ing again Great Prepared Foods
I have several offset smokers and recently bought s Camp Chef pellet smoker. I have had access to a large cherry orchard and their annual pruning and felled trees. I truly think that Cherry and Pecan are the best woods for smoking all but salmon. I ordered the Camp Chef cherry pellets. I was happy to discover the authentic cherry smoke that resulted from the pellets. Great job guys
Bought 2 bags of the Charwood pellets when I ordered my Woodwind 24. Burn nice and clean, minimal ash, very stable temperature, good products so far.
What I love about the competition blend is that it works with everything. I use it with confidence on chicken, pork, venison, elk, salmon, and beef.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Camp Chef brand pellets, almost exclusively, for 4 years. They are always fresh, dry, and produce excellent smoke. If you want the best result, use the best pellets.
I have been using the Competition Blend pellets since I got the grill, about 6 months. Really like them they seem to work with almost everything. Wasn't sure about what kind of pellets to chose, so I went with what looked like an all-around thing.
