Camp Chef Rib Rack, RIBRK, 6 Rack Capacity, Nickel Plated Steel

Purchased this within the last three weeks. First time I used it I cooked 5 racks of ribs with it, worked beautifully.. the ribs came out perfect!

Works well with ribs on my camp chef pellet smoker. I like the added feature of putting potatoes on the side.

This a great rack for ribs and potatoes at the same time. This rack is good for drying the ribs and good for cooking chicken.

My son loves this rib rack. Now I have to get him to stop grilling so much.

Holds up to six racks. Worked great for what I needed. Had lots of things to grill this was a major space saver.

I bought 6 of these on line to smoke 30 racks of ribs. I am pleased to let you know it was a success. I found that I needed to keep the smoker racks under these Rib Racks so the ribs would not fall out of the slots. I also cheated and was able to put a rack on both ends of these units. The quality and finish on the rack is good and it looks like they will last as long as my smoker. The only reason I did not give this a 5 is because I'm new to smoking and I have nothing to compare these to.

Have made Beef Back Ribs, as well St. Louis style Pork Ribs. Worked well for both. The rib separators could be a little taller to keep the ribs from bending, also a little dangerous to clean with the Potatoe hooks protruding from both sides. All in all it definately suited its purpose.

I was really excited to get these but was really disappointed on how they held St Louis style ribs. The rack isn't wide enough and the ribs fall on each other and don't cook evenly because they are touching.

This rib rack has absolutely no value when used with the 18" Smoke Vault. I bought this along with my order for their gas smoker. I was really upset when I had about six racks to smoke and this sucker wasn't wide enough to be properly seated between the two side slider rails. Why recommend this accessory when it isn't designed for the main device. Of course by the time I discovered this, it was too late to complain
