Camp Chef Professional Flat Top Griddle 14x16, SG30

I purchased this griddle about a month ago and I have used it several times already for a variety of preparations such as peppers and onions and sausage. I have an older Yukon 60 dual-gas burner stove that still works great! The heating plate on the bottom of the griddle evenly distributes the heat just as it is explained on the web site. This creates an evenly heated surface area for your cooking so that you can count on using the entire grill surface. I only used the medium to low heat settings on my stove just as it is recommended and get great results. Wash with warm water and soap and be sure to apply some oil (veg or Olive) before storing. Would not hesitate in recommending his product.

Fantastic design. This fits perfectly in my Pit Boss 3 burner propane-side. The flame diffuser works great, so this also works fantastically on my pellet grill side as well, right over the flame pot: checking with a temp gun, I get very even heat across its surface. It came very nicely seasoned, and only required one heat-up and a cleaning with wet towels and I was good to go. Want to get into the smashburger craze, but don't have a flattop? Maybe cheese steaks? This is the way. Worth every dime. BONUS: unlike most griddle-only solutions, with a chip tube, you can also get some smoke into the mix, elevating your flat-top experience to the next level! Use this all the time! Seasoned it, cooked bacon and no stick! All the bacon grease drained away. Just season it properly and it will be terrific.

I only have cooked on this once, but exceptional product. Received, cleaned, oiled and heated. Then cooked pancakes, OMG, no sticking and they turned out beautiful and delicious!

I've had this griddle for almost 2 years and it is without a doubt one of the best purchases I've ever made. While the stove and griddle are excellent for camping, they have found use year round on my deck. I use the griddle for all my weekend breakfasts, and the burner is extremely handy should you need to heat a large volume of water in a short period of time (compared to using the electric stovetop in the kitchen). What impresses me the most about this griddle is how well the non-stick surface has performed. I have cast iron pans that I've meticulously maintained the patina on for over a decade, and this griddle that's in the elements out on the deck with minimal maintenance outperforms those cast iron pans by a long shot. Best cast iron I have. Period.

This is an indispensable tool for cooking for many. I used this to cook gyros for 200 folks with great success. Heat dispersed well, and it stays hot for radiant heat and continuity. It gets hot so plan to sweat! If you cooking. A grease trap is offered as an accessory but should be standard. Grease will flow out and all over the leg of the stove/floor. Placed a cup in the provided hanging holder but the cup melted quickly. Also, a carrying bag should be standard.
