Made a small fire, used a campfire rack, placed atop and …Hot Coffee’s Ready! So versatile - get a couple, use to heat soup, chili, veggies. Easy to use. Easy to clean. The only feature we didn’t care for was the “hinge” on the lid, as it was very floppy %26 we felt it presented a potential burn hazard. We removed the hinge from the lid %26 had no concerns at that point.

Very basic and functional. If I need a backup method for making coffee, or want some away from home while outdoors, it is perfect.

This is an awesome coffee pot. I drink cowboy coffee every morning. It pours great and has a large capacity, so I don't have to make a pot of coffee every hour or two. Rip to my old pot, it has served me well. I love my new pot.

I love boiled coffee! It's the only way to go. I have used this on our electric stove but I DON'T put it on high, just a little less. It has been too cold to cook outside on my fire pit but I can't wait. I think I'll have to brave the cold to see if holds up. At this point, I have no doubt. I am very satisfied with the boiler's performance, so far. I did one modification though. I took off the little silver clasp that holds the cover onto the pot. It cleans easier and I get most, if not all, the used coffee grounds out better. Other than that...BOIL AWAY!

Used it over open fire while camping twice and twice over a butane stove. The wind knocked it over to the ground from a table twice; it is still in one piece. The lid came "undone" both times when it fell, the aluminum flaps that help hold it against the handle are very "soft" metal. I used wet sand from the lake shore to rinse the soot away from the open fire. So far it's doing ok. I'd like a few more camping trips to really evaluate how sturdy it is, but it survived our first camping trip so far. It's a good size for our need.

great for camping. I was under the impression that is was to come with the strainer like in the picture but it did not. that is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Came with no internal parts how am I supposed to make coffee now I got to buy the internal parts to use.

I really wanted this coffee pot to be a nice one. Unfortunately the lid doesn't fit. And it's very thin metal. I'll have to return it.

it was dented. the thing that should keep the lid from falling off doesn't work. it falls off. there was no basket inside to put coffee grounds in to make coffee. I do like the size and the appearance.

The coffee pot no insides to perk coffee I’m not sure if this is a return previously and someone took out the coffee basket I will be returning this at the store
