yummy canned soup
healthy request chunky soups are delicious. But be sure to pay attention, that a can is two servings. sodium and carbs are a little high but not off the chart like most canned soups.

Yummy, good for the tummy!
This tasted healthy and good. I have a digestive issue and this went down well and caused no problems. I like that it had nutritious veggies and was happy to see a good bit of chicken. I do think soups in general could be a bit more affordable, but these times. sigh

It is still canned soup, but I like the roasted chicken and vegetable flavor and the fact that it has less salt, fat, and sugar than most other canned soups. The nice size chunks of real roasted chicken and vegetables have a good texture and does make it feel more like a meal!

Mostly flavorless chicken stock
This chicken and vegetable soup was basically bland chicken stock with barely any vegetables. I was seriously surprised at how bland and sparse this soup was. For the same price you could buy low or no sodium chicken broth and a package of frozen mixed vegetables and in a few minutes had something with taste.
