CAP Barbell Standard 1-Inch Cast Iron Weightlifting Plate, 5 lbs, Single

I always concerned about scratches, scraps or damage when ording fitness equipment online. I honestly expected the weight plates to arrive with damaged boxes and scratches to the plates but wll three arrived in complete packaging and absolutly no scratches or damage to the plates. I was very pleased.

Excellent quality, exactly as pictured. The boxes were slightly damaged but the product was flawless. These are very good weights at a great value. Fit perfectly on my 1” bar, the hole sizes are perfect, not too big and not too small. The grey coating is very aesthetic and quality. These plates seem very durable and should last me many years. The handles are really nice to have, these are my new favorite plates. Best price I could find on the internet right here.

Great part of any arsenal if you have a home gym. Value is great. Good structural frame to use your imagination to keep your muscles guessing. Combine it handles or bars and your set.

These weights have a good finish and I like the 3 holes that allow them to be easily handled for setup or for workouts with the plates by themselves. I have had some of these for 5 or 6 years and they still look great despite being used in my basement that had some moisture issues.

Very good and solid weights at an excellent price. Most people who are lifting weights are going with an olympic 2" set, but the standard set can be used not only with dumbbells but barbells for those getting started. These are solid weights, cast iron with a nice finish that doesn't appear easy to chip. The little holes for the grips are mostly cosmetic, but do make it easier to grasp.

plates are of good quality. unfortunately, FedEx delivered my package somewhere else and none of my neighbors received the package. I have requested refund and later someone from different block in our apartments walked to my door and said it was delivered at their house. please let me know if there is any way I can pay the refund back. I don't see any option to reach WalMart agent after refund is issued.

I purchased 12 of these. About half have some sort of defect. Holes that have been filled with some sort of epoxy as well as casting imperfections and even sand under the paint. I haven’t weighed them but I’d be surprised if the weight is accurate.

They rust a little too fast, avoid dripping sweat on these because they're way cheap, if possible, paint with Rust-Oleum before using them. Clean with a dry cloth.
