CAP Barbell Standard Chrome Triceps Bar

i'm my opinion there is nothing to dislike about this it came in was kinda nervous at first bc the price was very good but it came in today and i can tell you this will get the job done for your work out it is very good comes with the screw things to good size good grip and good material it was made by i give this product a 5 stars. in the photo i had weights on myn don't want to miss lead any one it dose not come with weights just the screw things hope this review helps.

so far i have no issues with it, collar stays tight if you know the similar style bumbells tightening twist. rest is very good for the price so far no cool on chrome or anything.

Perfect for a home gym

Sturdily build, quality product. Only the little rubber inserts on the nuts were missing on mine, but it doesn't really make any difference when tightened.

fantastic product at a fantastic price.

Gets the job done. Elbows are happy.

excellent product

Quality tricep bar for an amazing price. It's honestly pretty crazy how good of a price you can get this and how quality it feels!

It's definitely worth the money it's a good product and I'm happy to add it to my workout routines it's good for triceps you can also do more than just triceps you can workout shoulders biceps you can bench it and you can squat with that I highly recommend this you won't be disappointed

Only issue with this is that the spin collars easily loosen while using the bar
